John 14:12~14 12
I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. There is nothing impossible for Almighty God. He who created all of creation rules over and uses it. When the Word became flesh, Jesus, the Son of God, also had almighty power. He performed many things with God's power (Acts 10:38). Jesus commanded His disciples to do the same miraculous things as He had done (John 14:12~14, Matthew 10:1, 10:5~8, Acts 5:12~16). He also gave absolute authority to those who believed, knew and followed Him and let them do His work in order to free man by removing their suffering. Through this, the believers showed the authority of Jesus' name and their belief in His name. The miraculous signs and the power were from the answer of prayer. When we have the Lord's agreement, we can work by His power. The only way to solve the working of the devil is prayer (Mark 9:28~29). Even Jesus, the Son of God, prayed all the time to evangelize people and to do miraculous signs (Mark 1:35~39). He also prayed with loud cries and tears to the one who could save Him from death, before He died on the cross to take away the sin of the world (Hebrews 5:7, Luke 22:42~44). We cannot give up praying in order to change our curses, sufferings and impossibilities into His answers. It's like a war in which the person who needs the answer to his prayer can’t back down from God who will answer his prayer. Our prayer is not mere vague words. It's to hold Jesus' promises that He will give us anything we ask for, for His glory and to press Him to do it quickly. He promised to listen to those who believe His promises and ask (Luke 18:1~8). It's our inheritance. Therefore, faith is knowing that we have the right to receive answers and this will never change. We have many sufferings from the devil, Satan, evil spirits, sin, curses, death, and spiritual and physical hell. There is no solution but Jesus. The only key to give and solve problems is to pray with faith. God is ready to agree with our prayers and work in us (James 5:13~18). Dear brothers and sisters, is the enemy bothering you? Pray until he completely goes away from your body, household and all circumstances, like the persistent widow had done. The answer of prayer will definitely set you free. Don't fail to pray, because this is sin and God won’t answer you (1 Samuel 12:23~24). Call upon Him, holding His promises (Jeremiah 29:11~14). He has been good and has answered those who pray in Jesus' name (Psalms 116:1~7). Be always on the watch and pray all your lives (Luke 21:36) and be happy spiritually and physically. Prayer is the absolute right that I should use. Remember this; every man who has done miraculous things was a man of prayer.
