Whenever I am utterly worn out in body and mind, I miss nature. Sunshine, wind, sea and me.
I just go and see and feel. I go into nature and relax my body and mind. Then, I can communicate with nature and feel great. It is the same with people. We can be encouraged by people patting us on the back, or giving us a thumbs up, or by their smiling eyes. There is a reason why we should be friends without a word. It’s because you and I and the mountain and the sea belong to the Lord
