Trees drop their leaves one by one. All the streets are busy, covered in Autumn leaves. The first snow fell last weekend, and winter is just around the corner. By chance, I received CPR training. This is first aid for people whose hearts have suddenly stopped. The brain can be permanently damaged after just 4 to 5 minutes without a blood supply, so first aid must be applied immediately. It seems to be a sign of my old age when I feel burdened by the cold weather. I hope to bring joy to the Lord while living in a healthy body and to be praised when I stand before the Lord.
