Jesus Christ, the Son of God, shed His blood on the cross for our sins. How profound is our fear of God when we believe and realize this fact? If we truly believe in this event in our hearts, we will experience the eternal grace of God. It will be an unforgettable event for us. If we forget the grace of redemption, but claim that we believe in God, we do not have true faith.

Even if we try to pretend to be holy, we can’t be holy unless we live holy lives. We cannot be holy by our strength, but when the holy Lord is in us, we can be holy.

Before I started my pastoral ministry, I taught the Sunday school students.  I was a very strict Sunday school teacher. So the children really worshiped in a well-organized manner. Even though the children were young, they were not bored. We were thankful that we could worship God in truth more than other Sunday schools, and thanked God that we could worship Him with fewer distractions from the children than other Sunday schools.  The children were alert and used their time carefully when they were worshipping the Lord.

Teaching children strictly means not to tolerate wrongdoing. It is not strict when faced with righteousness, but it is strict with wrongdoing. I led them sternly towards righteousness. My heartfelt love for the children wanted them to be blessed in their faith. When parents are strict at home, this means that they love their children very deeply. Parents are strict with themselves, but they are not strict to their children. The Sunday school teachers teach the children strictly to prevent them from wrongdoing. Restriction is caused by wrongdoing. Righteousness will never be restricted.

The Lord does not tolerate wrongdoing There is no-one more strict than the Lord. It is the Lord's will that human beings should not perish in His absolute love.
