Nobody knows when the Lord will come to us or when we will go to the Lord. While we live in this world, those who are the poor in spirit will gain the kingdom of heaven. Those who mourn to get righteousness will be comforted. Those who are meek will inherit the earth. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be filled with the wealth of kingdom of God. We long for the kingdom of God looking at the wealth that we will enjoy on the day the Lord will come to us or we will go to the Lord.

Someone asked me, “Why do you pray a lot when you prayed in the past?” When you pray, you want to pray more. You want to listen to the sermon more when you listen to it. You want to come to church more when you come to church. If you don’t pray, you increasingly don’t want to pray. If you don’t come to church, you don’t want to come to church any more. If you don’t give offerings, you don’t want to give offerings any more. You are sick and tired of walking by faith. That is your spiritual life broken.

The first sign of a broken spiritual life is being tired of living a life of faith. The second is being weary. The third is being lethargic. They want but can’t move. The fourth one is being indifferent. The last one is being oblivious. That’s why your life of faith ends when you forget Jesus. You are like an unbeliever. Your spirit is being ruined in order of tiredness, weariness, lethargy, indifference and oblivion.

We must remain a desperate spiritual state for God no matter what. Don’t let tiredness, weariness, lethargy, indifference and oblivion work in you. Those who are fallen don’t take the fall of faith seriously. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness think it is a serious illness. So, they repent and quench their soul’s hunger and thirst. Likewise, those who don’t feel their hunger and thirst for righteousness are broken spiritually. Therefore, they have to fix and restore quickly.
