The apostle Paul warned that in the last days, lots of people will be against God and be proud. Being proud means that somebody insists to be the best person or try to become like God. In the last days, the Devil tries to make the believers turn away from faith or befallen. Making them proud is one of the ways that it uses the most.
In the last days, humans challenge God who is absolute. It is unreasonable. This happens when the pride of humans reaches its peak. During our daily lives, we should check ourselves if we become proud and disrupt the order that God established. However, sadly, pride person never listens advice to him or her no matter how many times others speak or accept it. That person even thinks that the advice came from jealousy and insist others to follow the person’s idea without questioning. And the person says, “Do what I say” like a maverick.
The Bible says that we will fail by being intimate with a prideful person. God detests the pride person. When you get along with them, you will get fail as well. Therefore, you should not share anything with the pride person so that you should not become pride as well. It’s because the evil spirits that cause someone arrogant will be near you and make you arrogant.
Likewise, you will get irritated or jealous when you meet someone who is irritated or jealous. You speak badly of others when you meet someone who speaks like that. On the contrary, you will become humble by being with the humble. You will become obedient and faithful when you are with those who are obedient and faithful. You will evangelize others by meeting with those who evangelize.
We should not do the sin of pride that leads both our souls and others’ souls to death. Pride causes you to be God’s enemy. Therefore, we should decide to be humble.
