John 1:29 29

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! God knew that man had to die due to their sin, so He sent His one and only Son, Jesus, into this world. Jesus is our Savior who saves us from sin, curses, death and hell (John 3:16). Many people in the world just live for the things of this world – money, honor and authority. They are trapped in their desires. They have nothing they can rely on in this world, so they try to find something that can help them. But their souls, which live forever, will be thrown into the fiery hell and suffer terribly. Because of their idolatry, their descendants are under a curse. Man's sin gets worse the longer he lives. This is clearly the working of the devil and in the end it will lead man to live in hell with the devil. Jesus is the truth, the Savior and life for man. Since man was born, he was destined to go to hell because of his sin. The only way to escape it was to pay back the wages of his sin. So Jesus, the Son of God, came in the flesh to this world to die instead of man to pay back his wages of sin, which is death, and save him (Mark 10:45, Isaiah 53:5~6). Jesus came as a prophet and said, "Repent!" (Mark 4:17). It means that if we confess our sin, He will solve our problems and let us inherit heaven. Jesus, the Son of God, is the Creator, the master of history, the absolute king and the ruler of everything. But He took on the likeness of a servant to remove man's sin and to save him from hell. Jesus carried the cross instead of man (Philippians 2:5~8). His flesh suffered so much, but it was the peak of His love. He changed all of man's sin, curses, death, suffering in hell, faults, diseases, poverty, anxiety, terror and despair into freedom, liberty and heaven through His suffering (John 8:32). Faith is not vague; it is experiencing His grace through His suffering and death. Dear brothers and sisters, all kinds of suffering are from the working of sin and the devil. Are you in trouble now, even though you say, "I believe in Jesus' suffering and death" It means that you didn't repent before the working of Jesus’ blood on the cross. In other words, you don't have the working of the blood on the cross and His resurrection. “He who does what is sinful is of the devil.” (1 John 3:8). Repent with Jesus' blood on the cross. Repent of how you have denied and disobeyed His words, lived according to your sinful nature and regarded worldly things as more important than God. The world without Jesus is ruled by the working of the devil. It temps you to follow money, fame, authority, luxury and pleasure (Ephesians 2:2, Matthew 4:8~10). Repentance is the way to firmly have Jesus. Look at the Lamb of God who takes away your sin, curses, diseases, death and hell by shedding His blood. And repent and be free from suffering.
