[Shepherding the Sheep with One Heart] The Wisest Person

  • 2016.06.07 09:40

We can often see those who use their heads more than the others. Even though they use their brain and look smart, God made their heads. When we read the Bible we are amazed that the Lord knows us so well. So we are amazed that the Lord created us.

He is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresence. He runs our life. He knows very well how we should live. No one will fail to be overwhelmed by the Creator. We ignorantly try to plead for ourselves thinking that we are smarter than the Lord. Is there anyone who can defeat the Lord by arguing with Him.

Not many are noble among those who are used by God. "Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe." (1 Corinthians 1:20-21)

Even though He is lacking wisdom and knowledge, when he trusts in the Lord wholly and obeys the wisdom, knowledge and word, the Lord works through him. So he who lays down his own thoughts, knowledge and assertiveness and obeys the Lord 100% is wise and blessed.

If you hide your transgressions and try to reveal your own righteousness, it's the evidence that you are corrupted. Pleading for yourself is hiding. We should not hide ourselves, but frankly reveal who we are. We should be the right person for the Lord to correct and use.
