Buckwheat seeds are sown in summer and harvested in October. They are annual plants that grow well in a rough and dry land. They are famine crops because they grow fast and withstand droughts. When we gather them, we make jelly, noodles and Korean pancakes with the buckwheat flour. It is also used to lower one’s blood pressure and bind the bowels. It is healthy to put buckwheat skins in a pillow. In this way, buckwheat is used for many purposes. In this way, I hope I can be fully used in the sight of the Lord to make my time of soul more valuable.
