The light comes to me, just as the bright light came into the world when, as the Word says, God commanded “Let there be light” into the darkness.  Thank you, Lord, for casting out the darkness in me and for filling me with the light of hope every day.  “You are my lamp, O LORD; the LORD turns my darkness into light.” (2 Samuel 22:29)
